Open the tool. Then go to the user data tab. Now connect your device to flash mode and click on the reset privacy lock. - If you want to reset the screen lock on your device,
Open the tool. Then, go to the service tab. Now choose the full factory reset. Then connect your device to flash mode and click on Format FS.
Warning
Before flashing the device, back up your important data. Because your important data may be lost during the repair. Ensure your device has enough charge. If your device turns off during a flash, chances are the device is dead.
