How to use the Qcom Phone Download Tool
- Download the USB driver and install it on your computer.
- Then download and install the Qcom Phone Download Tool on your computer.
- Now you need to open GN_Qcom_Download_Tools.exe
- Now that your tool is open, select your preferred language from the drop-down button.
- Now turn off your device and connect to the computer with a USB cable.
- Then, under UpDataType, select Save Production Data.
- Now click on the browse button and find the firmware.
- Then click on the Start Download button.
- If your device successfully connects to your computer, then your flash will start.
- Now disconnect your device from the computer.
Warning
Before flashing the device, back up your important data. Ensure your device has enough charge. If your device turns off during a flash, chances are the device is dead.
